Project Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Development Specialist to join our team based in Preston. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects meet client requirements and company standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Defining contract completion criteria and creating closure plans
- Assisting in crafting project proposals during the bidding phase
**Requirements:**
- PM qualification
- Engineering background
- Confident and experienced with the commercial side of project management
Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Hybrid
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project development principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
