Contract Scotland is recruiting a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team on a large new building project in Cumbria. As a Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Main Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of contract requirements from tender documentation and project Conditions of Contract.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of project documents.
- Maintain health and safety compliance throughout the project.
- Evaluate project performance against quality standards.
The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
