Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a progressive organisation and contribute to its strategic goals by developing and implementing forward-thinking people policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of people policy development, from conception to implementation, engaging with stakeholders to ensure policies are clearly communicated and effective.
  • Collaborate across the People Services function to ensure seamless integration of policy initiatives.
  • Undertake comprehensive reviews and development of people policies with a focus on impactful outcomes.
  • Provide advisory support to senior leaders, identifying opportunities and challenges in policy development and implementation.
  • Use data and insights to inform and validate policy initiatives effectively.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
