We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Management Team Lead to join our team at Fairford Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client sites.

  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in personnel management, business sense, and time management.
  • Work closely with our Regional Manager and Ops Director to achieve key performance indicators and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit reports as required.
  • Manage absence and holiday cover to ensure all sites are fully manned.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a company vehicle or mileage allowance, commission opportunities, and an on-target revenue bonus.
