Deputy Team Lead Position

Abingdon School seeks an exceptional Deputy Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our sports facilities team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate team members, and ensure high-quality services are delivered to our customers.
Main Tasks:
- Oversee daily operations of sports facilities, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop innovative strategies to boost customer experience, increase revenue, and streamline operations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team leadership and mentorship.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sports management or a related field, with a successful track record.
- Degree in relevant field such as Sports Management or Business Administration.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
