We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at the Culham Science Centre in Abingdon. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Job Summary:

  • Manage operations from scheduling to invoicing
  • Plan and coordinate works to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on contracts
  • Source and procure materials and services as needed
  • Coordinate access to buildings for job completion
  • Arrange call-outs and subcontractor attendance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Assign tasks to the engineering team
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding works
  • Operate the Dalkia CPA system for procurement and invoicing
  • Support the helpdesk team as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineers and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contract details
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Salary and Benefits:

  • £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
