We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Beefeater. With a competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 plus a bonus of up to 25% of your salary, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills as a Chef and leader.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading your kitchen team to success by serving up seasonal menus loved by millions
  • Using the industry-leading labour model that delivers better, real-time rotas giving you less paperwork and admin, and more time with your engaged team
  • Completing audits to our high standards
  • Ensuring the meals that leave your kitchen meet our brand specs and your high standards to amaze and delight
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of catering or kitchen management in a commercial environment
  • Ability to lead a team with effective communication and motivating them through pre-shift briefs
  • Your eye for detail – execute our meals to a standard that leaves guests satisfied every time
  • Confidence in running your kitchen right, working together with the General Manager to make the restaurant a real destination dining

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional food quality and service, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
