Customer Service Desk Executive

At Deskpro Ltd., we're on a mission to revolutionize the customer support industry with our innovative helpdesk software platform. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you'll be part of our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role- You'll be a core member of our support team, working closely with customers via support tickets, live chat, voice, and social media – all through Deskpro.
- Our customers use Deskpro in various ways and integrate it with other products and services. You'll encounter new challenges regularly, with opportunities to learn and find answers.
- As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you'll test software bugs, log issues on behalf of customers, and update help content built into Deskpro.
- Additionally, you'll assist with new customer onboarding, including configuration and training sessions, and gather customer feedback to share with our Product team.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $65,000 per year.
