We are seeking a skilled Property Claims Handler to join our Domestic Major Loss team in London. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced adjusters to deliver exceptional service and handling of complex claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal product lines and departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and complete case enquiries as directed by the adjuster
- Assist with on-site visits, including minute taking and preparation of action plans
- Accurately record time and deliver a high proportion of chargeable hours
Requirements:
- First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, with the ability to maintain electronic files and prepare claim documentation
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to claims handling, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
