Job Title: Project Control Professional

Salary: £40,748 + dependant on skills and experience



Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing intermediate project reporting and governance
  • Undertaking intermediate problem solving typically based on previous experience
  • Attending on-the-job training as appropriate
  • Leading the project management and control processes on small non-complex projects or a work package of a larger project
  • Managing and analysing the outcome of the project management and control processes on a full project lifecycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved
  • Consolidating and analysing expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
  • Supporting and promoting the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation

Requirements:


Essential:

  • Background in project controls and project management
  • Good understanding of all project controls disciplines
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Excellent stakeholder management

Desirable:

  • Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) or working towards APM Accreditation
  • Defence background
