Job Overview

Position: Senior Project Control Specialist – Supply Chain Management

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coordination across all Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) Supply Chain activities during monthly governance reviews to ensure that Risks, Opportunities, and Cost Variances are effectively communicated and understood.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts for Supply Chain operations, engaging in regular discussions with Project Management and senior stakeholders to validate assumptions.
  • Utilize a variety of analytical tools and software, including spreadsheets and simulation applications, to support project control functions.
  • Conduct governance and assurance evaluations to ensure adherence to best practices across all IDTs.
  • Manage the progression of changes impacting the Supply Chain and ensure effective communication across the business unit.
  • Deliver critical Business Management information to senior leadership to aid in monthly management evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in project control and supply chain functions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including Excel and MS Project.
  • A degree in a relevant field or extensive practical experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of a recognized Project Management Qualification, such as APM.

You will play a crucial role in shaping decision-making processes on this vital defense initiative, working closely with seven integrated delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
