As a key member of our project control team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and control processes of small to medium-sized projects, or supporting project managers with aspects of managing planning and control on larger projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the planning and control processes of small to medium-sized projects, or support project managers with aspects of managing planning and control on larger projects.
- Guide one or two professional staff in the application of planning and control practices.
- Develop and implement planning and control methods and tools, including predictive and adaptive approaches.
- Prepare realistic plans, including quality, risk, and communications plans, and track activities against the project schedule.
- Manage stakeholder involvement and provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of planning and control policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
- Comprehensive planning and control experience demonstrated in a professional capacity within a project.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the business environment for the project.
- Experience of influencing stakeholders to achieve business success.
- Good understanding of the wider planning and control environment, and of developments and practices in the field.
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office every fortnight.
