Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans and work package interdependencies using industry-standard planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Collaborate with project managers, bid managers, and work package managers to generate schedules and ensure project plans reflect reality.
  • Analyze and control costs and schedules, contributing to qualitative and quantitative risk management processes.
  • Participate in project discussions to direct, advise, and inform staff as projects progress.
  • Ensure adherence to planning standards across integrated plans and work packages.
  • Develop and maintain baselines following contract acceptance and control the release of project plans for execution.
  • Consolidate project costs and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Essential Skills
  • Confident use of industry-standard planning and scheduling techniques, including Primavera P6 and SAP.
  • Proactive and motivated team player with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning projects of varying complexity and stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to constructively challenge project performance and data to ensure project plans reflect reality.
  • Strong analytical and logical nature with a desire for continuous improvement.
