As a Project Planning Specialist at Expleo, you will play a key role in providing planning and project control services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and generating schedules with input from Project Managers, Bid Managers, and Work Package Managers, as well as maintaining integrated project plans and work package interdependencies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and controlling costs and schedules, contributing to qualitative and quantitative risk management processes, and participating in project and IPT discussions to direct, advise, and inform staff as projects progress.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Confident use of industry-standard planning and scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 and preferably SAP.
  • Proactive and motivated team players who can work collaboratively within the function and the wider Integrated Project team.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully planning projects of varying levels of complexity and in different stages of the Project Lifecycle.
  • Ability to constructively challenge project performance and data with the IPT to ensure project plans and schedules reflect reality and mitigate risk to the business.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in supporting bid activities through schedule development, risk management, and governance.
  • Analytical and logical nature with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
  • Able to recognize, develop, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
