Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform intermediate project reporting and scheduling tasks
* Undertake intermediate problem-solving, leveraging previous experience as a foundation
* Demonstrate a good understanding of business processes and procedures
* Possess administration and general office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages and scheduled data analysis
* Analyse schedule and risk data, producing clear and concise presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
* Interpret schedule data and articulate trends and variances effectively
* Share knowledge with junior team members, promoting a collaborative environment
* Lead PM&C processes on small non-complex projects or work packages within larger projects

Requirements:

* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM&C policies, processes, procedures, and systems
* Proven PM&C experience in a professional capacity within a project
* Good understanding of the project's business environment and comprehensive knowledge of one or more PM&C tools, techniques, and practices
* Experience of influencing stakeholders to achieve business success and good understanding of PM governance and assurance processes
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to exchange complicated information and handle difficult conversations
