Administrative Operations Coordinator

About the Role
King's College London is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join its Faculty of Arts & Humanities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and other teams to support operations within the Faculty.
This role plays a key part in day-to-day operations, including finance and resource management, procurement, human resources, estates and space, health and safety, and projects around space provision and teaching resources. You will be eligible to spend part of your working week on campus and part of the week working remotely.
The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professional experience of effective administrative operations in an academic environment, charity, or not-for-profit setting.
- Show excellent skills using technology and IT, including Microsoft suite of programs and intermediate/advanced Excel use.
- Provide excellent written and spoken communication skills, with confidence in corresponding with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evidence experience of budgetary and financial administrative processes, with strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
