About the Role

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administration support to our Finance Clinical Operations Managers. The role involves working with a team of experts who contract with NHS sites for clinical research studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Budget to Payment process, which aims to facilitate swift and transparent payments to the NHS for delivering our studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monitoring the finance mailbox, tracking invoices, and responding to queries from NHS sites regarding payment status.
  • Support the invoice payment process by requesting documentation and liaising internally to support approval workflows.
  • Liaise with NHS sites and CRAs to address invoice queries.
  • Support the finance taskforce initiative, which aims to ensure all sites are up-to-date with their invoicing.
  • Support site personnel compliance workflow activities required for clinical trial contract execution.
  • Assist with the client's End-of-Year finance process, ensuring all pending invoices are processed prior to Year-End cut-off.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of working remotely and self-managing workload.
  • Prioritization of workload.
  • Administration experience.

Estimated Salary: £18.00 per hour.
