Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

This is a full-time office-based position involving the planning of approximately 15-20 operatives on a daily basis.

  • Responsibilities include answering inbound and outbound calls from residents, operatives and staff.
  • The role also involves handling a general enquiry inbox.
  • Working on WIP reports is another key aspect of the job.

The ideal candidate will have experience within housing repairs, scheduling engineer diaries, and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of duties under the contract.

A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered for this position, dependent on qualifications and experience.
