Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as the Executive Director of Therapeutic Communities. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our women's-only residential service, which provides safe therapeutic environments for those who have experienced multiple disadvantage and past trauma.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of CQC Registered Managers and services, providing leadership to staff teams across your portfolio of services.
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including partners and peers in the women's and family support sector.
  • Influence Phoenix Futures' strategy and contribute to the development of our practice, partnerships, and strategy.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £56,500, with potential performance-related pay bonus of 8.5%. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, annual leave, and access to our dedicated learning management system (PXL).
