Job Title: Performance Creative UK Market Lead

At HelloKindred, we're seeking a talented and creative individual to lead our integrated performance marketing campaigns in the UK. As the Performance Creative UK Market Lead, you will play a key role in developing, delivering, and optimizing outstanding marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns tailored to the UK market, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and adapt brand campaigns for digital paid media channels, including print, display, paid social, and owned channels.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines and client codes while supporting commercial priorities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of creative solutions that meet business goals.
  • Continually optimize campaign output based on performance metrics and data insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign delivery at an operational level, particularly in the automotive sector.
  • Ability to balance brand guardianship with commercial priorities, maintaining alignment across business units.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Mastery in Creative Copywriting, Creative Design, and Visual Design.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand copy.
  • Proficiency with digital media channels, including print, display, paid social, CRM, website, and retargeting.
