About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Marketing Performance Lead with a wealth of experience in digital and CRM initiatives. You'll have a strategic mindset and expertise in delivering highly effective marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving acquisition and engagement from new prospects and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a world-class performance marketing operation that can scale our client volumes and maximize LTV.
  • Own our paid media spend and digital channel mix, as well as our CRM marketing strategy, driving engagement and action from new and existing clients.
  • Play an active role in formulating the business's growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Formulate and deliver the strategy for Paid Search and Display, Paid Social, Organic and SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Lead the communication strategy, conceptualizing, creating, and managing acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives via automated and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Senior Salesforce Platform Manager to leverage and develop the Salesforce platform to deliver a world-class CRM strategy.
  • Be responsible for the creation and optimization of attribution models, multi-channel tracking, and quality of leads analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that digital and CRM strategies are aligned, ensuring opportunities and learnings are maximized.
