The ideal candidate will have experience working in professional services, managing a national team, and be highly organised with excellent project management, time management, and coordination skills. You will be able to communicate at all levels with confidence and forge strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Working day to day with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Driving business development activity which aligns with the firmwide business development strategy
- Continually reviewing the firms market position and benchmarking against competitors
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with intermediaries, prospects, and partnerships
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of professional services, service lines, offerings, and regulatory challenges and opportunities
- Professional services BD experience and knowledge of the accountancy profession
- BD experience within Private Equity and/or Listed businesses
- Previous experience managing and mentoring a team
Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary of £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, annual leave, and pension scheme.
