TQR is looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Membership and Consultancy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team of professionals in delivering outstanding service to our clients, while contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with internal teams to drive business growth. You will also be expected to prepare regular reports on membership and consultancy activities and outcomes to senior management, conduct team meetings, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a basic understanding of H&S management systems and HR requirements.
The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Membership and Consultancy team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals
- Prepare regular reports on membership and consultancy activities and outcomes to senior management
