Marine Engineering Team Lead

The Marine Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing staff, and coordinating with senior management at TQR Consultancy Ltd.
Main Tasks:
- Lead and direct site activities, prioritising tasks to meet project objectives.
- Develop and implement effective plans to achieve site objectives, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, subcontractor performance, and contractual notifications.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in civil engineering site management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Project.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per year.
