Customer Relationship Management CRM Team Lead Position

TQR seeks an experienced Sales and Customer Service professional to lead our Membership and Consultancy Success team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure growth with our Advisor members.
- Lead a team of Membership and Consultancy Success team members, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on membership and consultancy activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to self-manage a demanding workload while remaining focused on the task in hand.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of H&S management systems and an understanding of basic HR requirements.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
