We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Plymouth-based team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to our ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account strategies to deliver exceptional service and long-term value for clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Requirements
- Proven success in account management, sales, or client services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
- A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
