About the Position:

TQR is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Account Manager to drive client success and contribute to our expansion plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, providing clients with insights, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Proactively address challenges to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in account management, sales, or client services, with experience managing high-value accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.

What We Offer:
