Job Description

As a Manager within our Tech Transformation Practice, you will be responsible for helping grow our business and ensuring our teams deliver high-quality advice to clients.

The Wealth and Asset Management industry is experiencing high levels of change driven by themes such as regulation, cost optimisation, and differentiation. Our team works closely with KPMG's broader advisory practice to link WAM client needs to capabilities from across technology.

You will be involved in a wide range of challenging client engagements across the WAM value chain for clients from across the ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects or workstreams and owning key deliverables
  • Understanding client business challenges and navigating the increasingly regulatory environment
  • Applying governance, delivery frameworks, and operating models
  • Developing team members through sharing experience and knowledge, as well as managing performance and development
  • Upholding KPMG's values by acting with integrity
  • Building and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Project managing engagements to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering large multi-disciplinary technology-enabled programmes within the Wealth and Asset Management Sector
  • Good understanding of the full WAM value chain and traditional asset classes
  • Good understanding of operational and technological challenges associated with WAM businesses
  • A track record within the Wealth & Asset Management industry with a sound understanding of industry trends, key themes, and challenges
  • Ability to lead workstreams within large-scale technology transformation programmes
  • Proven expertise in Project Management and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and of high quality

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • University Degree
  • Industry qualifications preferred (e.g. CFA, IMC, CAIA)
