As a Palliative Care Team Lead at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with advanced, progressive illnesses and their families. We are seeking a registered nurse with experience in palliative care nursing to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration experience of working with acutely sick patients, emotionally distressed patients, and their families, as well as terminally ill adults. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously and as a team member, and hold a first degree and post-registration qualifications in oncology, palliative care, community nursing, or other appropriate medical specialty.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible hours, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of palliative care nurses, and contributing to the development of clinical governance responsibilities and issues. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
