About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at one of our care homes. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with complex and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to patients with complex and challenging behaviors
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  3. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care
  4. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective care delivery

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse (RMNRNLD)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and CQC requirements
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working within a clinical team
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
