Nurse Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team in a complex care home environment. This role offers the chance to utilise your expertise in mental health and provide exceptional levels of care and support to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing tailored care plans for new residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with person-centred, thoughtful care.
  • Carrying out clinical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration, as well as a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, demonstrating your ability to think critically and work effectively under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

This is a Bank position, providing cover as and when needed. The hours and days worked will vary. We offer a competitive estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus opportunities for free learning and development, enabling you to grow professionally and personally.
