**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned customers and areas
* Introduce and sell new products and promotions to customers
* Provide support to customers for developing their business and adhering to brand guidelines
* Distribute advertising and promotional material using effective merchandising techniques
* Advise customers on the effective use of our products
* Proactively offer and provide support for customers' business development
* Promote customer assistance at events and meetings
* Achieve customer loyalty by making programmed visits, fulfilling orders, and resolving incidents and claims

**Requirements**

* 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar sector
* Complementary sales training desirable
* User computer skills
* Full driving license
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
