Job Mission: You will be responsible for developing existing salon partnerships and acquiring new business accounts, contributing to the profitable and sustainable growth of the brand within your designated territory. Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and increase the number of salon partners to achieve your sales targets for new partnerships.
  • Create and manage a 4-week call cycle to support the achievement of monthly sales goals.
  • Manage a detailed electronic company diary that aligns with your call cycle.
  • Use Salesforce effectively to maintain and grow your sales territory.
  • Prospect and cold-call potential new salon partners to expand your reach.
  • Communicate effectively with salon partners on account management, including promotions, new products, retail product training, merchandising, policy changes, and after-sales support.
  • Manage business plans with selected salon partners to achieve growth.
  • Develop and manage tailored education plans for salon partners to drive growth.
  • Maintain strong communication with Head Office, education, and sales teams to support partner growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Become proficient in the full product range to effectively promote to both existing and prospective salon partners, including training in retail product knowledge.
  • Provide up-to-date sales information for monthly sales meetings.

  • Extensive industry knowledge across various business types and competitive brands.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of business.
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills.
  • Proven sales and color expertise within the haircare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and building accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a methodical approach to achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and business-savvy.
  • Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing goals.
  • A full, clean driving license is essential
