Support Services Specialist

We are excited to recruit a highly skilled Support Services Specialist to join our team at Victim Support's National Contact Centre in Cardiff. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of victims and witnesses.
About the Job:
- As a Support Services Specialist, you will work with clients to provide information and advocacy, enabling them to navigate the criminal justice process and assert their rights.
- You will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, promoting strong communication and collaboration.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the impact of crime on victims, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits:
- A salary of £29,500 - £34,000 per annum, based on experience.
- A pension scheme with 5% employer contribution.
