Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Insight Select is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop their accounts
* Proactively approach new clients to identify business opportunities
* Attend networking events to establish connections and generate leads

About You:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Confident in approaching new business both over the phone and in person
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive approach to finding new business opportunities and growing existing relationships

Package:
* £35,000 - £38,000 base salary, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees
