E-learning Developer

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Developer to join our team at FAI Farms, a leading agricultural innovation company. As an E-learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and accessible online courses for food production professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop courses on sustainable food production and animal welfare, utilizing your expertise in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Collaborate with our e-learning team to create interactive and immersive learning experiences, incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and animations.
- Develop and manage courses using Moodle and FAI's in-house cloud-based TMS, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
- Work closely with our content and editorial team to provide guidance and support in creating high-quality learning materials.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of courses to ensure they meet the highest standards of accessibility and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning development, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into your work.
- Proven experience in e-learning development, instructional design, and course creation.
- Strong background in content or copywriting, with a portfolio of created e-learning courses.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in written and oral English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise and Storyline, H5P, Office 365, and Moodle.
- Experience with instructional design models, e-learning accessibility and usability standards, and localization.
- Basic understanding of ClickUp or equivalent project management tools.
- Ability to use Figma for design and prototyping.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
- Knowledge of animal welfare and sustainability practices in the food industry.
- Proactive and critical thinker, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Excellent UX skills, with a focus on creating user-friendly and accessible online experiences.
- Strong design skills, with the ability to transfer graphic design principles to online and digital platforms.
- Adaptable and innovative, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
