We are seeking an experienced E-learning Developer to join our team at FAI Farms. As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and accessible online courses for food production professionals.
Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality learning content that meets the needs of our target audience. You will work closely with our e-learning team to develop courses that are both informative and entertaining.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop online courses using authoring tools such as Articulate, H5P, and Xerte.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to manage localization of course content.
- Develop interactive walkthroughs, tooltips, and pop-ups to enhance the user experience.
- Design and create infographics, videos, and other visual aids to support learning.
- Work with our content team to develop learning materials and designs.
- Test and evaluate courses to ensure they meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
- Ability to work with a range of software and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Moodle.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in written and oral English.
- Experience with ClickUp or equivalent project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Figma design software.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
