E-learning Content Developer

We are seeking an E-learning Content Developer to join our team at FAI Farms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing e-learning courses focused on sustainable food production, animal welfare, and related topics. Your primary goal will be to create high-quality, engaging, and accessible course content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop e-learning courses using various authoring tools, such as Articulate, H5P, and Moodle.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all courses.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop accurate and up-to-date course content.
- Conduct research to stay current with best practices in e-learning design, accessibility, and instructional technology.
- Test and evaluate course effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop interactive elements, such as infographics, videos, and gamification, to enhance the learning experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-learning development, preferably in the agricultural or food production sector.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, H5P, and Moodle.
- Experience with instructional design models, such as ADDIE.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of UX principles and human-centered design.
- Up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in e-learning technology.
