E-learning Developer

We are seeking an E-learning Developer to join our team at FAI Farms, a leading organization in agricultural innovation. As an E-learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and accessible online learning experiences for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses on sustainable food production and animal welfare.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to manage localization and conversion of course content.
- Work closely with our e-learning team to ensure seamless integration with our learning management system (LMS).
- Develop effective onboarding programs for new users, guiding them through the initial setup and familiarization stages.
- Design infographics, videos, and other visual aids to support learning objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning development, instructional design, and accessibility.
- Proven experience in e-learning development, instructional design, and adult learning theory.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate, H5P, and Xerte.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of animal welfare and sustainable food production practices.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
