About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team in Bicester. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the development of our employees and contributing to the growth of our business.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive employee training programs that align with our business goals. This includes partnering with HR and Departmental Managers to identify skills gaps and training needs across the business, as well as coordinating the delivery of training programs and learning initiatives both internally and through external partners.
In this role, you will also provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques, develop utilisation of our internal platform for review processes, and implement various learning methods across the Company.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Development or a related field OR CIPD Level 5 or 7 in Learning and Development
- Proven experience in L&D and employee training
- Proven experience in managing apprenticeship or training programs
- Experience in implementing employee development initiatives
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
