Academic Development Lead: Empowering Students for Success

We are seeking an experienced Academic Development Lead to join our team at Activate Learning. As a key member of our education group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to support students in developing essential skills, knowledge, and attributes necessary for success in learning, life, and work. You will work closely with a diverse student body, building rapport and trust to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted coaching sessions to support students in achieving their goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty staff, and other support services
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging learning experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and outcomes
