Receptionist & Facilities Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist & Facilities Administrator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the facilities team with tasks such as meeting room bookings, hospitality arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP would be advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
