As the Receptionist & Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a professional service to our clients and candidates, handling administrative tasks and duties, and supporting the facilities team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities include:

- Meet and greet guests and visitors, ensuring proper recognition and registration. \t
- Provide telephone and switchboard services, answering calls and taking messages. \t
- Deal with email and fax correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely responses. \t
- Support meeting room bookings and arrange hospitality as requested. \t
- Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing letters and parcels. \t
- Ensure accuracy of the phone system information and perform routine audits. \t
- Support the facilities team as required. \t
- Perform a number of administrative duties to support the facilities team. \
What we need from you:
- \t
- Previous experience in a reception or front of house role. \t
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial. \t
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. \t
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal skills. \
