Facilities Coordinator Role

EC Appointments Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Watford. As a key member of our client's facilities team, you will be responsible for managing facilities across multiple locations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities management, focusing on cost savings and improving service levels
  • Maintain contracts and ensure servicing of equipment, including boilers, alarms, and air conditioning
  • Manage health and safety, including fire and first aid procedures
  • Review and support suppliers and contractors, monitoring costs and checking invoices
  • Manage mobile phones, contracts, and expenditure for c150 phones
  • Lease management for our building
  • Car fleet management for c20 vehicles and maintaining car policy
  • Organize company events, including summer and Christmas parties for c150 people

About the Role

This is a broad role that will suit a candidate with experience in facilities coordination or a similar office/business coordination role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
