Facilities Coordinator Role
EC Appointments Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Watford. As a key member of our client's facilities team, you will be responsible for managing facilities across multiple locations in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities management, focusing on cost savings and improving service levels
- Maintain contracts and ensure servicing of equipment, including boilers, alarms, and air conditioning
- Manage health and safety, including fire and first aid procedures
- Review and support suppliers and contractors, monitoring costs and checking invoices
- Manage mobile phones, contracts, and expenditure for c150 phones
- Lease management for our building
- Car fleet management for c20 vehicles and maintaining car policy
- Organize company events, including summer and Christmas parties for c150 people
About the Role
This is a broad role that will suit a candidate with experience in facilities coordination or a similar office/business coordination role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
