**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Tate. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Support: First point of contact for facilities-related issues and enquiries, providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Day-to-day management of third-party suppliers, including contracts for mobile phones and car fleets.
  • Project Management: Manage office refurbishment projects, working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management: Review and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring value for money and excellent service.
  • Admin and Logistics: General administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and organizing events such as summer and Christmas parties.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interact with staff, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage and multitask on a daily basis.
  • Clean driving license.
