An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior E-commerce Client Relationship Manager to join Tagged Resources. This role will be part of the company's E-commerce department, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns to prevent escalation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Managing and supporting direct reports in the order fulfilment team to drive efficiency and productivity

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably within e-commerce. They should also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms.

A competitive salary is available for this position, estimated to be around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
