Technical Support Role

Reed Talent Solutions is partnering with Fujitsu to fill (4x) technical support positions in their Wakefield offices.

Job Overview:

We are seeking 4 Service Desk Agents to join and expand the technical support team based in Wakefield.

Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service while resolving queries and faults raised by customers.

You will work on a busy service desk, handling phone calls, webchats, and other digital contacts, adhering to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

You will support a key partner as they undergo digital transformation, introducing new services and technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Passion for IT
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High degree of initiative and creativity

Important Details:

Pay rate: £12 per hour

Shift patterns: 40 hours per week, 5 x 8 hour shifts between 7am-7pm

Location: Wakefield (full-time on-site)

Contract: 12 months temporary
