Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, IT departments, and third-party hardware suppliers on technical issues arising from the use of our software portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support to end-users, IT departments, and third-party hardware suppliers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of server and desktop hardware, networking, and virtualization
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SQL programming
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus
