Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues and queries from our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, providing technical support to their customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of digital communication, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other digital channels
  • Resolve technical issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and SLAs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Passion for technology and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High degree of initiative and creativity

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek and flexible shift patterns. This is a 12-month temporary contract, with opportunities for career growth and development.
