Senior Sales Director

Our client, a leading provider of Telematics and fleet CCTV technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored sales solutions
- Provide sales leadership and guidance to junior sales team members
Requirements and Key Attributes:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fleet management or technology sales to enterprises
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Deep understanding of the fleet management industry and its trends
- Results-driven and motivated by sales targets and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- Salary base: £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
- Strong commission structure
